Nature & scope of role


• Nature of the role: full-time employee at Ninety CIC
• Scope of the role: email marketing, target account research, event planning and management, advertising
management, marketing measurement & strategy delivery
• Focused on driving brand awareness and lead generation for Ninety CIC
• Reporting to Andrew Davies, a Director of Ninety CIC
Objectives & purpose of role (success criteria)
• To build Ninety’s brand into a known and trusted digital transformation partner
• To cost-effectively build pipeline for Ninety’s new business development efforts
• To form future marketing strategy, test and create business cases for further investment


Duties / key responsibilities


• To maintain and build a database of senior decision makers at target accounts
• To plan and deliver a marketing events calendar, (webinar & physical events that engage & influence prospects)
• To plan and delivery a content calendar, including the publication of position papers, blog posts, case studies,
videos and other assets that engage and influence Ninety’s prospects
• To deliver a regular email marketing program that engages and influences Ninety’s prospects
• To manage press and analyst relations, winning key coverage from target partners
• To test and optimise a basic level of advertising spend
• To maintain a strong and growing social media footprint
• To maintain and update the website content via Wordpress
• To use LinkedIn and other data tools to help map accounts and connect with prospects
• To attend industry events, building relationships with partners and prospects
• To manage marketing suppliers, for example, contractors delivering PR, design, web, and video work
• To explore other marketing channels and initiatives, building a business case for investment
• To measure and optimise all areas of marketing to improve efficiency and effectiveness


Required experience and competence


• Self-motivated and organised
• Portfolio of written content that demonstrates ability to explain complex topics for a business audience
• Strong social media profiles for business or personal use
• Track record of success in executing marketing that delivers sales results
• 2-5 years experience in marketing via email, social and events, ideally in a B2B context
• Demonstrated ability on standard marketing tools, including task management, email/marketing automation,
social media management, sales automation, and social advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is a bonus
