We have recently been awarded a three year contract through The Big Lottery & European Social Fund (ESF) Building Better Opportunities programme to deliver ‘RISE’ (Refugees into Sustainable Employment) across ten North & East London Boroughs. The role of the ‘Growth Gateway’ Caseworker is to support and manage a caseload of participants with a range of multiple and complex barriers. The caseworker will work closely with participants to identify and work through these issues to progress them closer to employment by delivering group workshops to build confidence, wellbeing and motivation, working closely with external and specialist partners where required. This role requires someone who is bilingual and can build trust and a rapport with this cohort of participants in both a 121 and group environment.
